You will work with one of Europe's fastest-growing consumer brands, helping scale its marketing organization through AI, automation, and operational excellence. As the company continues its transition into a true omnichannel business, Marketing Operations has become a critical competitive advantage. In this role, you'll embed across multiple marketing teams to identify operational bottlenecks and solve them through process design, AI, workflow automation, and scalable systems. This is not a Project Manager or Marketing Coordinator role. You won't simply recommend improvements, you'll diagnose problems, build solutions, implement them, train teams, and measure their business impact. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations professional who combines marketing expertise, automation skills, AI tools, and process thinking to improve how marketing teams work. You'll partner with Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Influencer Marketing, and Brand teams, building the systems and workflows that allow them to execute faster, better, and with greater efficiency.
