About The Position

Rhino Tool House is seeking a Marketing Operations & Demand Lead to connect marketing activity with sales execution. This hands-on role ensures lead flow, CRM accuracy, and campaign efforts are aligned with real customer demand.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Background in marketing ops, sales ops, or demand generation
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams

Nice To Haves

  • B2B experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all inbound leads and inquiries are assigned, tracked, and followed up within defined timelines
  • Maintain clear ownership, updated statuses, and active next steps for all opportunities
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, and opportunity data
  • Ensure consistent CRM usage across teams
  • Identify and resolve data gaps, duplicates, and process breakdowns
  • Provide basic reporting and visibility into pipeline activity
  • Analyze inbound inquiries and sales feedback to identify customer needs
  • Surface trends and insights to guide campaign focus and content development
  • Set up and track campaigns in the CRM
  • Monitor lead flow and performance
  • Adjust strategies based on results and engagement
  • Partner with Marketing Communications, Content Strategy, and Sales to align efforts
  • Work with Marketing Support on data management, segmentation, and reporting
