This is a high-impact, systems-driven lead role responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure behind our marketing performance. Our marketing engine depends on accurate data, reliable tracking, and seamless integrations across platforms. This role is critical to making that happen. This is a hands-on systems ownership role responsible for ensuring our marketing data, tracking, and infrastructure are accurate, scalable, and trusted. As Lead, Marketing Technology & Operations, you will own conversion tracking, platform integrations, and data flow across a complex ecosystem of 10+ tools. You will ensure systems âtalk to each other,â data is reliable, and marketing can execute without friction. You will be the go-to owner of marketing technology and tracking not coordinating work but doing it. Youâll likely be a strong match if you: Enjoy building and improving the systems behind marketing performance Have hands-on experience with tracking, tagging (GTM), or CRM platforms Like solving problems related to data accuracy, integrations, and lead flow Are comfortable working across tools and connecting how data moves between them Take ownership and proactively fix issuesânot just react to them Can collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
