You will design and build the instrumented funnel, the data infrastructure, and the AI-powered workflows that turn marketing strategy into scalable systems. This is not a traditional marketing operations role. You are not running campaigns by hand or maintaining a tool because someone has to. You are building the rails everything else runs on, and you will be opinionated about how they are built. You will own the systems; your colleagues on the team own the campaigns that run on top of them. As we grow, the standards you set become the foundation others build on. At the start, you are laying that foundation yourself.
