About The Position

This role is based in our Washington DC office We are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be expected to take our lead generation operations to the next level. You'll work closely with the campaign fulfillment team to optimize the execution and effectiveness of our processes and our custom content campaigns. This is a great opportunity to make a significant contribution to our content marketing campaigns, helping to drive success for company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of professional experience in operations or marketing.

  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tool a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our lead generation team on B2B content marketing campaigns.
  • Run point on operations and setup needed to launch the promotion of custom content campaigns.
  • Manage lead lists, distribution of team tasks and organization of team space.
  • Optimize documentation and processes to ensure streamlined, cross-team operations.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and optimize to enhance results as needed.

  • Promote engagement with decision makers in niche audiences by identifying key trends and topics.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery.
