Requirements

• Minimum two years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the editing, updating, and publishing of content and multimedia to various platforms. Adheres to design and content guidelines. Oversees content elevation and implements divisional content archival strategies.
• Consults across Marketing Management teams to determine campaign target audience and defines options for targeting. Identifies need for new system targeting capabilities. Identifies, documents, and implements process changes.
• Gathers usage statistics for analysis. Measures and evaluates effectiveness of communications across all platforms.
• Implements enhancements of systems and sites. Maintains awareness of new technologies and leads implementation of new capabilities as a technical expert. Recommends options to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Tracks and maintains content submission requests, monitors queues and work volumes, reprioritizes to meet deadlines.
• Supports testing for new targeting, ensures accuracy of materials.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
