About The Position

Software Finder is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Operations Associate to support the execution and day-to-day management of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing operations, campaign management, CRM/data management or a similar role with hands-on familiarity with marketing tools and strong Excel/data management skills. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, CRM or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with email, SMS, CRM or other marketing platforms.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and customer data across marketing platforms.
• Manage lead uploads, segmentation and database organization to support marketing activities.
• Execute targeted email and SMS campaigns according to campaign plans and timelines.
• Monitor campaign responses, update lead statuses and ensure timely follow-up where required.
• Track campaign activities and prepare clear, timely reports on results and lead performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns and assigned marketing tasks are delivered on time.
