We're a growing talent acquisition consulting firm looking for a proactive, organized, and creative individual to support our marketing, sales, operations, and client success efforts. You'll work directly with the founder in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to grow with a small business.

Requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Proactive with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Experienced with Canva, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and social media platforms

Nice To Haves

• Familiar using AI tools like ChatGPT
• Previous experience in executive support, marketing, sales, recruiting, or project coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
• Edit short-form videos and create graphics in Canva
• Write captions and repurpose content
• Maintain a content calendar and monitor engagement
• Research prospective clients and decision-makers
• Build prospect lists and support outreach campaigns
• Schedule meetings and maintain records
• Assist with proposals and sales materials
• Support the founder with daily operations and project coordination
• Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-up items
• Prepare presentations and client documents
• Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables
• Help deliver an exceptional client experience on a growing account
