About The Position

Scrollmark is looking for a curious, driven, and creative Marketing Operations Analyst to join our small but mighty team. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire role designed for a recent college grad (or someone early in their marketing career) who wants to learn everything about modern marketing inside a fast-growing startup. You’ll sit directly under our Head of Marketing and get hands-on mentorship across social media, paid ads, community management, SEO, and more. If you’re looking for a role where no two days look the same, this is it. What you’ll learn This role is a crash course in modern marketing. You’ll get hands-on exposure to: Social strategy and community building Ad campaign optimization SEO and content marketing Marketing analytics & research Startup culture and end-to-end campaign ownership

Requirements

  • Recent grad in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • OR 1+ year of hands-on marketing experience (internships count!)
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Docs
  • Some experience with social media management, ad campaigns, or marketing research is a plus
  • Strong writing and communication skills (blogs, posts, emails)
  • Eager to learn, comfortable wearing a lot of hats, and not afraid to figure things out

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Wix, or Discord
  • Light technical exposure (SQL, HTML, or website analytics)

Responsibilities

  • Create & publish social media posts across platforms (including scripting short-form content)
  • Write SEO-friendly blogs & content that bring in traffic and build authority
  • Assist with paid ad campaigns (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager) — monitoring performance and flagging issues
  • Conduct competitive research on products and marketing strategies
  • Support email marketing & newsletters (drafting copy, sending campaigns)
  • Help manage our Discord community and engage with members
  • Source and manage affiliates & partners
  • Write content for lead magnets (guides, checklists, etc.)
  • Assist with webinars (finding guests, drafting questions, moderating comments)
  • Manage our website pixel and help build simple landing pages (Wix)
