About The Position

At moss.ag, we build robots to digitize the physical outdoor world, starting with tree farms. We are a small team of practical engineers with a long-term vision, focusing on real-world problems while working towards a future where autonomous field robots make harsh outdoor jobs easier and safer. Requirements

  • Portfolio of creative work demonstrating design or content skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and compellingly for different audiences
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Canva
  • Strong visual sensibility and understanding of brand consistency
  • Comfortable making creative decisions independently, even with minimal direction
  • Experience with social media content creation and/or email marketing platforms
  • Comfortable working across both digital and print/physical media formats

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Craft messages that reach customers, investors, and future moss team members.
  • Own projects across social media, newsletters, sales materials, and branded merchandise.
  • Shape how moss shows up in the world.
  • Work across the full content lifecycle: ideation, copywriting, graphic design, production, and distribution across digital and physical channels.
  • Take a data-driven approach to test, measure, and refine marketing strategies through ongoing experiments and iteration.
  • Develop and schedule content across moss's social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.).
  • Write, edit, or/and design customer and investor newsletters on a recurring cadence.
  • Create marketing materials for trade shows and industry events (signage, handouts, demo videos).
  • Create customer materials such as user guidelines, video tutorials, deployment reports.
  • Concept, design, and procure branded merchandise (apparel, accessories, swag).
  • Maintain a consistent moss voice and visual identity across all outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with the ops and engineering teams to translate technical work into compelling stories.
