The Marketing & Engagement Manager supports brand and marketing execution across Dermot’s residential portfolio. This role brings strategy to life at the property level—delivering digital content, managing online reputation, and driving engagement with current residents through thoughtful campaigns and consistent brand touchpoints. Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Responsibility & Communications, this position collaborates with both corporate stakeholders and property teams to ensure every communication and interaction reflects Dermot’s voice, values, and visual identity. This role focuses on executing brand, marketing, and engagement efforts across the portfolio under the direction of the VP of Corporate Communications. The Marketing & Engagement Manager brings strategy to life on the ground—through content creation, digital execution, campaign rollout, and coordination with internal and external teams.
