About The Position

The DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area and Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive Convention Center is looking for a Marketing Manager. The DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area features 236 guest rooms and 4,862 square feet of meeting space. The Embassy Suites Orlando International Drive, located next to the Orange County Convention Center, offers 244 guest rooms and 6,357 square feet of meeting space. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as a Marketing Manager within a hotel environment, with the ability to effectively manage a variety of marketing initiatives. This role focuses on growing digital presence through social media scheduling and content planning, attending networking events to promote the hotel complex and its offerings, and supporting internal departments with the development of marketing collateral. The candidate will also collaborate with marketing influencers to drive positive exposure for the hotel within the market.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a Marketing Manager within a hotel environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage a variety of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Development, management, execution, and measurement of the marketing/branding strategies to include, but not limited to positioning, marketing, social media, websites, advertising, collateral, and content.
  • Propose and implement hotel-specific marketing strategies to include, but not limited to, maintaining and marketing websites, employing corporate brand marketing and leveraging social media.
  • Monitor marketing trends, tools and applications specific to the hotel industry and target market(s).
  • Measure and report impact of marketing strategies.
  • Work with Revenue Management to ensure maximum potential of key marketing strategies including, but not limited to, third party websites.
  • Generate and deliver monthly marketing analyses and updates to Sales and Revenue Management.
