About The Position

The Marketing Manager is responsible for translating marketing strategy into execution through the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing programs. This role collaborates with business stakeholders, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, communications, digital marketing initiatives, events, and sales enablement programs that support business growth across agriculture, turf, and horticulture markets. The Marketing Manager serves as a key link between strategic direction and day-to-day execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, digital marketing, event marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years related experience and/or training
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience with digital marketing, marketing automation, and campaign execution.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural customers, ag retail, seed, crop inputs, or related agricultural markets strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support business goals, customer engagement, and growth initiatives within the agricultural sector.
  • Manage marketing projects from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Coordinate communications, digital marketing, email marketing, website content, and other promotional activities across multiple channels.
  • Partner with internal teams, business leaders, sales and agronomy teams, agency partners, and vendors to deliver marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Support development of marketing resources, sales enablement tools, and customer-facing materials.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing support for trade shows, customer events, meetings, and industry conferences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and partner with analytics resources to support reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
