About The Position

Responsible for the successful management, and performance of the Marketing function of a progressive B2B business in the materials processing industry.

Requirements

  • College degree or relative level of demonstrated experience, knowledge and capabilities in successfully managing and optimizing all Marketing and Sales efforts in a progressive B to B environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in successfully managing and optimizing all Marketing aspects of a progressive B to B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation, implementation, and successful management of a strategic marketing plan including traditional marketing tools:
  • Trade Shows
  • Direct Mail Campaign
  • Print Media
  • Marketing Collateral
  • Market Research
  • New product launch
  • Customer acquisition/retention/re-engagement
  • Benchmarking; analysis, interpretation and reporting of sales & market data & competitor analysis.
  • Web presence-search engine optimization
  • Social Media
  • PPC
  • Analytics
  • On-Line store front
  • Hiring, Managing and evaluating outside advertising and marketing agencies
  • Corporate communications, both internal and external, including corporate image.
  • Support outside Sales function.
  • Manage distributed product vendors, inventory levels and SKU’s
  • Coordinate effectively with other company departments to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of all aspects of Marketing.
