Mission
Drive execution and measurable growth across channels, responsible for top-of-the-sales funnel product awareness growth. Own campaign operations, partnerships, activations, and performance tracking to ensure marketing drives real revenue impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, OR high school diploma/ equivalency certificate with 5+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years in marketing, growth, or campaign management roles
• Experience working with paid media and digital channels
• Strong project management and operational skills
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Torrance, CA (remote or hybrid work will not be considered)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hardware, consumer products, or outdoor/maritime categories is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and manage integrated campaign calendars
• Coordinate paid, social, email, and partnership initiatives
• Oversee influencer outreach and product seeding programs
• Support retail marketing initiatives and activations
• Plan and execute trade shows, events, and activations
• Coordinate logistics, lead capture systems, and follow-up flows
• Ensure activations align with growth and lead-generation goals
• Track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and conversion
• Work with agencies to optimize paid performance
• Build reporting dashboards and communicate insights to leadership
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
• Maintain marketing timelines and cross-functional coordination
• Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success
• Support CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives
