About The Position

JETSET Pilates is opening a new studio in Georgetown and is seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead local community-building and marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for launching the new studio and integrating JETSET into the Georgetown community. It's a hands-on, relationship-focused position involving building local partnerships, generating leads, organizing community events, enhancing social media presence, and converting local awareness into clients. The role is primarily based in Georgetown, with about 15% of the time dedicated to supporting marketing and community growth at the existing Arboretum studio.

Requirements

• Connector, self-starter, and natural relationship builder.
• Comfortable representing a premium brand.
• Ability to work independently.
• Outgoing, personable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly organized.
• Comfortable with social media, email marketing, and CRM platforms.
• Strong in both written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with lead generation and sales conversations.
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, hospitality, and community.
• Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and activations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior fitness or Pilates experience is not required.
• Experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, events, hospitality, sales, social media, or community building is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with local businesses, wellness providers, community organizations, influencers, and other strategic partners.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, including pop-ups, tabling, JETSET On The Mat events, and other community activations.
• Generate and nurture leads through partnerships, events, social media, and grassroots outreach.
• Grow JETSET's local Instagram and Meta presence through content, engagement, partnerships, and community storytelling.
• Manage lead communication and follow-up through AXLE, including supporting pre-sales and Founding Membership growth.
• Develop and execute email campaigns to prospective clients and leads.
• Identify opportunities to increase JETSET's visibility and presence throughout the Georgetown and North Austin communities.
• Support select marketing initiatives, partnerships, and events for JETSET Pilates Austin Arboretum.
• Track marketing and community-building activity and use results to identify opportunities for growth.
