About The Position

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing face-to-face marketing campaigns and community outreach events.
• Represent clients professionally while educating the public about products, services, and nonprofit initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional in-person customer service.
• Support campaign planning to ensure marketing initiatives are completed on schedule and meet client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to management.
• Train and mentor new team members on customer engagement and campaign standards.
• Coordinate daily event operations and assist with marketing strategy implementation.
• Work closely with management to expand client campaigns and market presence.
• Help drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and community engagement through live marketing events.
