As part of the Customer Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will deliver email and SMS marketing plans to retain prior clients, win back former clients and increase revenues for our Small Business (SMB) line of business. This position will manage and coordinate a subset of the marketing programs and be responsible for coordination and management of plan development, audience definition, creative development, approvals, quality assurance, reporting and analysis. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Small Business Senior Email Marketing Manager and the Small Business Market Strategy Director to ensure email strategy flows through execution and stays aligned with business goals. In addition, this role will collaborate with the SMB business partners, other internal stakeholders and external agency partner where appropriate. H&R Block’s small business team is described as a dedicated group of professionals who provide year-round support to small business owners through tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business formation services. They operate under the Block Advisors brand, which is a specialized division of H&R Block focused on small business needs. Our mission is to help these entrepreneurs grow their businesses, streamline their operations, and feel confident in their financial decisions.
