About The Position

This Marketing Manager role focuses on owning full-funnel marketing with a primary goal of reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) rather than simply increasing spend. The position involves leading direct-to-consumer (D2C) campaigns, hands-on management of Google Ads, overseeing website content and SEO improvements, and creating high-quality content. The manager will also be responsible for vendor management, including PR, design, and web agencies, and executing press releases, newsletters, and conferences. A key aspect of the role is tracking and reporting on CAC, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and revenue generated from marketing efforts. This is a full-time position with standard business hours, offering a base pay of $100,000–$120,000. The role provides high ownership and significant impact, driving revenue and building brand awareness, with potential for growth into team leadership as the marketing function expands.
