About The Position

The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage short- and long-term marketing strategies to support business objectives and drive growth across existing and new markets. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including market research, demand generation, content strategy, digital marketing, and brand management. The ideal candidate will leverage creative, strategic, and technical expertise to strengthen Century’s brand presence, drive measurable lead generation results, and support revenue growth. This role requires a proactive marketer who brings energy, enthusiasm, and strong relationship-building skills to both internal collaboration and external engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a B2B and/or IT services environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as ClickDimensions, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Adobe, Canva, WeVideo, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PPC, SEO, and paid and organic social media growth strategies.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on audience engagement and conversion.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for relationship-building through social media, networking events, and partnerships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with video production, webinars, podcasting, and photography is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily market research on industry trends, competitor activity, key influencers, platform algorithms, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives.
  • Generate and nurture leads through proactive engagement on social media platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Create and manage compelling visual, written, and audio content for social media, blogs, videos, webinars, podcasts, and newsletters.
  • Engage daily with social media groups, business pages, and influencers to build relationships, increase brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize B2B email campaigns, PPC advertising, and SEO strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage social media accounts to ensure consistent brand voice, audience growth, engagement, and lead capture across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality video, photography, and webinar content.
  • Write and publish blog posts, case studies, and marketing assets to support brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and guide strategic decisions.
  • Build relationships with vendors, partners, and sponsors to secure co-op marketing funds and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bring energy, creativity, and a positive presence to daily work while engaging proactively with colleagues, prospects, clients, and influencers.
