Marketing Manager (Demand Gen and PMM)

Pipe17Seattle, WA
Onsite

About The Position

Pipe17 is seeking a Marketing Manager with a foundation in product marketing but a broad range of execution capabilities. This individual will apply a product-marketing mindset to demand generation, partner co-marketing, campaigns, content, field marketing, events, and product/solution messaging. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone early in their career looking to gain diverse experience and grow rapidly. The role acts as a flexible engine to increase team output without compromising quality and serves as a connective tissue between different functions to ensure smooth workflow. While not the sole owner of product marketing, this role requires a strong instinct for sharp messaging and customer insight to be applied across all campaigns, assets, and programs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in product marketing, marketing generalist, growth, or a related B2B SaaS marketing role (internships count).
  • A product-marketing mindset, understanding product, audience, messaging, and channels, with a desire to execute broadly.
  • Excitement for working across demand generation, field marketing, partner marketing, and product marketing, rather than specializing in one area.
  • A scrappy, self-directed, and proactive mindset with the ability to move fast with minimal guidance.
  • Sufficient analytical comfort to instrument campaigns and interpret performance data.
  • Strong collaboration instincts and a low ego.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to demand generation or marketing operations tools (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Background in ecommerce, retail, supply chain, or B2B/technical products.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted marketing workflows and no-code/low-code tools.

Responsibilities

  • Apply a product-marketing lens to all marketing activities, ensuring messaging, positioning, and customer/persona relevance are sharp and consistent across campaigns and assets.
  • Execute demand generation campaigns end-to-end, including email/nurture campaigns, webinars, lifecycle marketing, and paid media support, managing build, launch, and reporting.
  • Create content and campaigns by translating messaging into executable programs across various channels, producing the necessary copy and assets.
  • Own the logistics and execution of field marketing and events, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up.
  • Activate partner co-marketing opportunities, turning them into live campaigns such as joint webinars, co-branded content, and integration launches.
  • Support product launches by partnering with Product Marketing on collateral, sales enablement materials, competitive one-pagers, and customer stories.
  • Act as a liaison across product marketing, content, demand generation, and partnerships, translating between teams and facilitating handoffs.
  • Track campaign performance, report on effectiveness, and iterate quickly based on data.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Great healthcare + dental + vision coverage
  • Retirement plan
  • Pick your own equipment (Apple laptop + monitor combo, plus any necessary software)
  • Unlimited vacation policy (with a required minimum of 2 weeks off per year)
