About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in corporate/brand marketing, product marketing, or sales marketing is required
Must be willing to travel (~20%) and assist in set-up for various trade shows
Must have previous people management/supervisory and budget management experience
Demonstrated analytic and strategic planning skills required

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and product initiatives, ensuring a unified and compelling brand image. Develop and implement brand guidelines and standards to reinforce brand identity.
Translate data into actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions and optimizing marketing performance and ROI.
Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches. Continuously monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to drive better outcomes.
