About The Position

Dental Depot DFW is a multi-location dental group focused on delivering high-quality care, building strong community relationships, and driving consistent growth across our offices. We are entering a new phase of scale and are looking for a marketing leader who can fully own and operate the marketing function from top to bottom. Position Overview This is a high-ownership, single-operator role responsible for managing all aspects of marketing across five locations. You will be both the strategist and the executor, responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on all marketing efforts with a clear focus on one core KPI: driving new patient growth. This is not an entry-level role. You should be comfortable operating independently, making decisions, managing vendors, analyzing performance, and executing campaigns across multiple channels without constant direction. Core Objective Drive consistent, measurable new patient growth across all locations while maintaining brand quality and improving marketing efficiency. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all locations Identify growth opportunities by market (demographics, competition, service mix) Align marketing efforts with production goals and office-level needs Manage and allocate budget across channels based on performance Digital Marketing & Performance Own and manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms) Monitor performance metrics including CPL, CPA, call volume, and conversion rates Optimize campaigns based on data and trends Oversee SEO, listings, and online presence across platforms Content & Brand Execution Plan and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Coordinate and capture in-office content (photo/video) Create or oversee creation of marketing materials (flyers, promotions, internal collateral) Ensure brand consistency across all offices and channels Local & Grassroots Marketing Develop and oversee community outreach strategies Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations Support and guide office managers on local marketing initiatives Execute events, sponsorships, and referral-building strategies Operations & Leadership Act as the central marketing point of contact for all five offices Work closely with leadership and office managers to identify needs and opportunities Manage external vendors and partners (ad agencies, platforms, etc.) Build systems and processes to improve marketing efficiency and scalability Analytics & Reporting Track and report on key performance metrics, with a focus on new patients Analyze trends by location and adjust strategies accordingly Present insights and recommendations to leadership Maintain accountability for ROI and performance outcomes What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in new patients across all locations Clear visibility into what is driving results and where to invest Strong alignment between marketing efforts and production goals Efficient use of budget with measurable ROI Offices feel supported with clear direction and marketing execution Who This Role Is For Someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable executing A self-starter who does not need constant direction Someone who takes full ownership and accountability for results A marketer who understands both digital performance and local/community growth Someone who can balance creativity with data and decision-making Who This Role Is Not For Someone looking for a task-based or entry-level marketing role Someone who prefers to only focus on one area (social, ads, etc.) without owning the full picture Someone who needs constant direction or oversight Someone who is not comfortable being directly tied to performance metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing marketing for multi-location businesses (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong background in paid ads and performance marketing

  • Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions based on performance
  • Experience with grassroots/community marketing is a strong plus
