ABOUT THE ROLE The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth in support of Array’s business objectives. This role plays a critical part in defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), partnering closely with sales to execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and supporting competitive displacement and growth initiatives. The Marketing Manager owns end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across digital, outbound, and event-based channels, translating market insights, buyer needs, and performance data into impactful, results-driven programs. This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, account management, and marketing operations to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable impact.
