About The Position

SmartStay is a holiday homes company that offers luxury furnished apartments in prime locations like Downtown Dubai. Alongside SmartStay, we operate BNB IN DUBAI, a fast-growing membership-based community helping Airbnb hosts and rental entrepreneurs scale their businesses. As we expand across multiple brands, we are hiring a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing strategy, execution, and performance. The Role: Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager will take full ownership of marketing across SmartStay and BNB IN DUBAI, driving strategy, execution, and performance across all channels and audiences. This includes building and optimising funnels, email campaigns, and paid/organic channels; managing content strategy and calendars across brands; coordinating founder on-camera content; and ensuring consistent brand messaging. You will own lead generation for landlords, guests, and BNB IN DUBAI audiences, monitor performance through analytics and reporting, and deliver measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on role: you will plan, execute, and oversee all marketing activities, ensuring both brands have clear, consistent messaging, strong audience engagement, and measurable results. You will move marketing from fragmented and founder-dependent to structured, scalable, and high-impact.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on marketing experience with instagram & youtube, social media strategy, organic and paid traffic, funnels and landing pages, email marketing, and analytics & attribution.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, ThriveCart, ManyChat, Hyros (or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to execute campaigns across multiple brands or audiences.
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or short-term rentals.
  • Experience with OTA- or marketplace-driven businesses (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com).
  • Experience supporting or working with information businesses or coaching, including online communities and digital course offerings.
  • Experience working closely with founders and managing small teams or direct reports.
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or small teams

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across all brands, ensuring alignment with company and revenue objectives.
  • Translate business goals into clear marketing priorities and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all channels.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives, working closely with the social media team for content creation, the systems & platforms team for technical support, and directly managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end funnels across multiple brands, overseeing landing pages, email campaigns, automations, and conversion optimization, with a strong emphasis on strategy, structure, quality assurance, and seamless coordination with copy, paid ads, and systems teams.
  • Quality-check all marketing copy, funnels, and campaigns prior to launch, working closely with the copywriter (direct report).
  • Own the content calendar across all brands, defining content objectives, messaging, and distribution strategy.
  • Ensure strong marketing strategy, brand consistency, and adherence to the content calendar across all initiatives.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, including allocation across channels, tools, and campaigns, reporting back the results and expence
  • Coordinate founder on-camera content for Instagram and YouTube, ensuring effective repurposing across platforms.
  • Own and coordinate lead generation strategy across BNB IN DUBAI, SmartStay landlords, and SmartStay guests, working closely with internal teams and external partners on both organic and paid channels.
  • Coordinate and oversee paid advertising activities (internal or external) and evaluate channel performance continuously.
  • Own marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting, maintaining weekly scorecards and contributing to quarterly performance reviews and planning cycles.
  • Support HR employer branding by ensuring consistent messaging, contributing to hiring campaigns and role-specific content, and driving continuous talent pool engagement aligned with SmartStay’s brand and values.
