About Vim Vim is the infrastructure layer connecting healthcare's key players - providers, payers, EHRs, and health tech innovators - through a platform that delivers the right data, tools, and AI-driven apps directly into clinical workflows. We're not another healthcare startup with a pitch deck and a dream. We're live in thousands of practices, impacting millions of lives, with enterprise clients like Teladoc, GoodRx, and Pearl Health building on our platform. HITRUST certified, SOC 2 compliant, and actually shipping. The Problem You'll Solve Vim has built the foundation for marketing automation - some of it works, some of it doesn't. We need someone to tear down what's broken, rebuild it right with AI, and turn it into a lead generation machine for Care Collaboration. This isn't about managing what exists. It's about owning what it becomes. Why This Role Vim is a healthcare tech company that actually uses AI internally - not just talks about it. You'll have full ownership to rebuild the marketing automation stack the right way, with real budget to deploy. We're intentional about hiring: a small team of exceptional people working hard beats a larger, less focused team. That means intensity is expected - but so is impact and recognition.

Requirements

  • You have 5-7 years in growth/demand gen marketing, mostly at startups
  • You've managed $1M+ annual marketing budgets
  • You're an AI practitioner first - you've actually built workflows with Clay, HubSpot, n8n, or similar tools (not just "interested in AI")
  • You understand both SEO and GEO - how to optimize for traditional search AND AI-generated answers
  • You can point to specific lead gen results you've driven (with numbers)
  • You've rebuilt or significantly improved marketing systems before
  • You work fast and ship before it's perfect

Responsibilities

  • Build and own AI-powered lead generation systems for Care Collaboration - our fastest-growing business unit
  • Manage $1M+ annual marketing budget across paid, organic, and automation tools
  • Continuously improve performance - test, measure, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
  • Increase Vim's visibility on the web through SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content, and strategic positioning
  • Work with 1-2 freelancers as needed, but mostly execute yourself
  • Stay ahead of AI marketing tools - if there's a better way to do something, find it and implement it
