Requirements

7–10+ years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (MBA a plus)
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs with a focus on ROI
Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in:
Graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar programs
SEO and PPC platforms
CRM systems
Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution
Ability to pass a background check and post-offer drug screening
Willingness to travel as needed
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds on occasion

Responsibilities

Serve as the steward of the McClung-Logan brand, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
Partner with senior leadership, sales, and product support teams to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue goals, supported by clear performance metrics
Conduct market research and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
Support annual budget planning and manage spend throughout the year
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition, continuously optimizing for performance and ROI
Lead SEO and PPC initiatives to expand online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve conversion performance
Oversee website strategy, development, and ongoing optimization to enhance user experience and conversion
Support the ownership and enhancement of the CRM program, including user adoption, training, and system improvements
Own and continuously improve the company’s customer portal, driving adoption, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring it delivers measurable value for both customers and the business
Manage social media and email marketing programs with engaging, targeted content, using performance insights to refine strategy
Plan and execute customer events, trade shows, and sponsorships to strengthen relationships and brand presence, evaluating effectiveness and impact
Oversee branded merchandise, promotional materials, and inventory
Manage customer satisfaction initiatives and deliver actionable reporting and insights to leadership
Develop presentations and reports that inform strategic decisions and highlight marketing performance
Partner with internal teams, agencies, and vendor partners to maximize efficiency and results
Ensure compliance with manufacturer marketing requirements and co-op programs
