About The Position

We are seeking a driven, highly organized, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Requirements

5+ years of marketing experience preferred (management or leadership experience preferred)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid understanding of direct response marketing, PPC, digital marketing, home shows, and canvassing
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexible schedule to support marketing initiatives and events
Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and lead
Must be proficient in AI tools, particularly in using ChatGPT and other AI-powered search engines
Ability to leverage AI for marketing strategy, content creation, data analysis, and campaign optimization

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Manage and oversee direct response marketing, PPC campaigns, and digital marketing strategies
Coordinate and execute home shows, canvassing efforts, and local marketing events
Manage timelines, creative assets, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement
Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all marketing channels
Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals
