About The Position

This is a strategic and hands-on role in a B2B technology environment, combining marketing ownership with a strong business and sales orientation. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a B2B technology / IT / SaaS environment
  • Strong business and sales orientation, with the ability to hold conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage marketing processes end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end marketing processes – from strategy and planning to execution and optimization
  • Drive marketing initiatives around Microsoft solutions (campaigns, events, content, digital)
  • Work closely with business leaders and sales teams to support growth objectives
  • Engage with potential clients following marketing activities (events, campaigns) – including initial qualification conversations and needs analysis
  • Represent the company in front of senior stakeholders and at professional forums (gradually, as part of the role development)
  • Measure, analyze, and continuously improve marketing performance
