What You’ll Do As a B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll own pipeline growth for NEST—driving demand, building engagement, and supporting complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (demand gen and/or ABM)
  • Experience supporting long, complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and influencing revenue
  • Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation programs that attract and convert high-quality leads
  • Build and manage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies across key multi-site accounts
  • Design and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, webinars, events, content syndication)
  • Optimize search visibility and inbound demand through GEO, AEO, SEO, and intent-driven content
  • Partner with Product to translate platform capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to define ICPs, target accounts, and key decision-makers
  • Turn strategy into execution by building campaigns end-to-end—from planning through tactical execution, including messaging, content, timelines, and budgets.
  • Build and manage workflows, segmentation, and reporting within marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Track performance across pipeline, revenue, and engagement—then optimize based on data
  • Conduct account and industry research to inform targeting, messaging, and sales enablement
  • Test new ideas, scale what works, and continuously improve performance
