About The Position

Extraordinary Brands is a dynamic, multi-brand franchisor supporting a growing portfolio of leading boutique fitness and wellness brands, including CycleBar, Rumble Boxing, Neighborhood Barre and Row House. The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and executing brand-level marketing initiatives across the Extraordinary Brands portfolio. This role supports overall marketing strategy through hands-on leadership of campaigns, creative execution, and performance tracking across multiple brands, including CycleBar, Rumble Boxing, Row House, and Neighborhood Barre. The Marketing Manager ensures brand consistency, effective execution, and measurable results across all marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a multi-brand, franchise, or portfolio environment
  • Experience coordinating or leading marketing initiatives across multiple brands or business lines
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across brands in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for brand or leadership meetings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand standards
  • Monday–Friday onsite schedule
  • Ability to lift and transport light materials for photo/video shoots
  • Occasional travel for brand events or franchise support

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across the Extraordinary Brands portfolio
  • Coordinate planning and rollout of brand-level marketing campaigns
  • Provide functional oversight and task direction to internal marketing resources, including creative and digital support roles
  • Coordinate development, deployment, and maintenance of marketing assets in alignment with brand standards
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with each franchise system’s approved brand guidelines and frameworks
  • Execute and manage digital, social, paid media, and brand campaigns across multiple brands
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports on effectiveness, engagement, and return on investment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership to support business objectives
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as assigned
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform tactical marketing decisions
