What You’ll Do As our Marketing Manager, you will be the engine behind our data-driven, performance-focused marketing strategy—helping us grow, evolve, and communicate Sprague’s mission across the Western U.S. Analytics & Performance Leadership Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that reveal insights and drive action Analyze multi-channel performance (digital, CRM, email, events, paid media, web) Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and reporting integrity Translate complex data into clear business recommendations Forecast performance and allocate resources based on analytical insights Strategic Decision-Making & Optimization Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership Prioritize initiatives based on business impact Lead testing frameworks (A/B, channel experiments, messaging optimization) Evaluate new tools, automation, and processes for greater efficiency Brand, Events & Storytelling Manage event strategy, calendars, budgets, vendors, and logistics Create consistent, scalable processes for event planning and performance reporting Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints, supporting our fresh, modernized visual identity [spraguepest.com] Systems, Governance & Process Excellence Lead the operation and optimization of marketing systems (CRM, automation, analytics) Build repeatable processes for documentation, reporting cadence, and data hygiene Ensure compliance with privacy, brand, and internal governance standards Why Sprague? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of marketing experience with heavy analytics focus
  • 5+ years of team leadership
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with large datasets
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, BI dashboards
  • High proficiency with Excel/Sheets
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with structure and clarity
  • 5+ years Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
  • Criminal Background Check: Federal, State, County
  • Employment and Education verification
  • DOT Physical with 5-Panel Drug Screen

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track KPIs, ROI, pipeline impact, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze multi-channel marketing performance (digital, email, web, paid media, events, CRM, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Own data integrity across marketing platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, tagging, attribution, and reporting standards.
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Establish benchmarks, forecasting models, and performance targets to guide planning and budgeting.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and spend based on data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align marketing metrics with business objectives.
  • Use analytics to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and evaluate new opportunities.
  • Implement testing strategies (A/B testing, channel experiments, messaging optimization).
  • Identify and implement new tools, automation, and reporting enhancements to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, logistics, and post-event reporting.
  • Implement standardized processes for event execution and performance tracking.
  • Own marketing systems and reporting workflows (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms).
  • Establish standardized processes for campaign tracking, documentation, reporting cadence, and data hygiene.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, brand standards, and internal governance policies.
  • Maintain clear documentation and SOPs for reporting and analytics processes.
