About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Marketing & Culinary team as a Manager, Local & Non Traditional Marketing based in Miami, FL. This role is a critical extension of the Non-Traditional and Local Marketing functions, designed to translate strategy into disciplined marketing execution across different retail environments and key markets. The role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across non-traditional channels and emerging local marketing programs, with a sharp focus on driving foot traffic, sales lift, and profitability for our franchisees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Advertising, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience executing B2C marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Understanding of business, marketing, brand, creative, and media principles.
  • Excellent communication and business acumen to partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills with a self-motivated attitude to work.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in English – any additional language a plus.

  • QSR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of non-traditional marketing initiatives across channels such as retail, travel, education, healthcare, and others.
  • Coordinate timelines, agency briefings, legal approvals, and creative delivery in partnership with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support the execution and ongoing management of local marketing initiatives, including market-level tests, store-level activations, and other localized marketing efforts.
  • Assist with program coordination, calendar management, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Partner with Senior Marketing Manager on all franchisee-facing communications as it relates to non-trad and local marketing updates. This includes drafting copy for landing pages, presentations, and managing an inbox for local marketing requests.
  • Support tracking and reporting of initiatives, compiling executional data and summaries for at-a-glance performance reviews of all programs.
  • Review project estimates and process invoices.
