About The Position

We are a growing home services company operating across three states, specializing in water treatment and plumbing. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can take ownership of lead generation, brand execution, and campaign performance. This is not a passive, “manage agencies and attend meetings” role. We need someone who thinks like an operator, understands what drives booked appointments, and can execute quickly with a strong ROI mindset.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing, preferably in home services or lead generation environments
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing vendors (SEO, PPC, social, web)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and ROI tracking
  • Experience creating content (especially video/social)
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and booked appointments
  • Continuously test and improve offers, promotions, and campaigns (seasonal promos, referral programs, service bundles, etc.)
  • Partner with leadership to align marketing efforts with sales goals and revenue targets
  • Track and optimize cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and ROI
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing partners (SEO, PPC, Meta, web, etc.)
  • Hold partners accountable to performance metrics, not just activity
  • Review reporting regularly and make data-driven decisions on budget allocation
  • Identify underperforming channels and cut or reallocate spend quickly
  • Create and manage social media content (video, photos, messaging)
  • Capture and produce field-driven content (installs, customer testimonials, team highlights)
  • Ensure consistent use of branding, messaging, and tone across all channels
  • Support internal teams with marketing materials that actually help close sales
  • Launch and manage local marketing campaigns (direct mail, events, referral programs, partnerships)
  • Develop promotions that convert (not just “look good”)
  • Coordinate with call center and sales teams to ensure marketing booking revenue alignment
  • Manage a tight marketing budget with a strong ROI focus
  • Prioritize spend on channels that produce results
  • Regularly evaluate and adjust campaigns to maximize efficiency
