About The Position

We’re looking for a highly versatile Marketing Manager to own and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives across our portfolio brands — including Employer.com and Mainstreet (Bench). This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands both B2B and SMB/consumer funnels, and enjoys building programs that drive measurable growth. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Leadership to develop campaigns that generate pipeline, improve conversion, and strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or tech-enabled services
  • Proven experience supporting both sales-led B2B funnels and self-serve or SMB growth motions
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to drive decisions
  • Hands-on execution skills (this is not a purely strategic role)
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels (paid, email, content, partnerships, events)
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing financial, HR, payroll, accounting, or SMB-focused products
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms
  • Background working in multi-brand or multi-product environments

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, lifecycle, content, partnerships, and events
  • Build and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for product launches and growth initiatives
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth for B2B segments while supporting SMB and self-serve acquisition channels
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for CAC, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed
  • Collaborate with Sales to align messaging, enablement materials, and funnel performance
