We’re looking for a highly versatile Marketing Manager to own and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives across our portfolio brands — including Employer.com and Mainstreet (Bench). This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands both B2B and SMB/consumer funnels, and enjoys building programs that drive measurable growth. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Leadership to develop campaigns that generate pipeline, improve conversion, and strengthen brand presence.
