Come join our team as our new Marketing Manager, Strategic Initiatives who will play a critical role in supporting and driving North America marketing towards achievement of its most critical objectives. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing programs for our specialty business segments and manage cross-functional initiatives to drive core growth. It will be critical to create followership through engaging/motivating associates and managing change to achieve results with others. You will be a part of the North America Commercial Marketing team and report to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations & Strategic Projects. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, service in clinical diagnostics (preferred) or healthcare industry
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies preferred (LEx, kaizen, PSP, TPI, etc)
  • Previous experience in project management with strong analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to travel 25%, domestically.

  • Demonstrated track records of direct and indirect people leadership, managing people side of change and achieved impact.
  • Experience in working in a large, matrixed organization.
  • The candidate must have a working knowledge of the principal areas and role of Marketing, Sales, Service, Planning, R&D, QA and Business Development.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for our Specialty Segments.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key business objectives
