Marketing Manager - Retail
About The Position

This position will report to the Director of Retail Marketing, Americas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, with significant time spent in FinTech, online brokerage, investment education, or a closely related field. Direct experience with derivatives, crypto and prediction markets preferred.
- Trader Mindset: You understand the vernacular, the risk tolerance and the overall unique persona of the active trader.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in marketing analytics and a track record of using data to iterate on activities and allocate budgets effectively.
- Effective Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Passion for Trading: You’re curious, adaptable and excited to learn about the evolving world of retail trading and investing.
