ŌURA is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of retail marketing programs across key retail and e-tail partners, including Target, Walmart, and specialty retailers domestically and globally. This role will manage retail marketing budgets, negotiate partner investments, develop merchandising plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize Oura’s brand visibility, retail performance, and revenue across channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, an excellent communicator, and experienced in driving measurable business outcomes through channel marketing programs. Preferred location is San Francisco or New York, remote candidates will be considered.
