About The Position

The Marketing Manager, North America is a pivotal role in advancing Kistler’s shift toward modern, digital-first marketing, bringing new ideas, tools, and approaches to elevate how we generate demand and engage target accounts. Owning regional marketing performance, this role operates at the center of our North American growth strategy, partnering closely with Sales leadership and global Marketing to shape go-to-market approaches, influence product positioning, and deliver insights that guide strategic decisions. The position has responsibility for the customer journey from awareness through opportunity creation, ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable business impact, including SQLs, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment; prior team leadership experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and measurable marketing impact on revenue
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, buying processes, and lead lifecycle management
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and global marketing teams in a matrix organization
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities and experience measuring campaign performance and ROI
  • Hands-on, structured, and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities
  • Familiarity with C4C & CRM is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver North America marketing performance targets, including SQLs, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution
  • Lead and optimize the customer journey (awareness → MQL → SQL → opportunity) in close alignment with Sales, ensuring high-quality lead generation and conversion
  • Localize and execute global marketing strategies and campaigns to meet regional market needs and growth objectives
  • Plan and implement scalable, data-driven demand generation programs across digital channels, marketing automation, paid media, and events
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic target accounts in partnership with Sales
  • Translate complex technical products and applications into clear, compelling, value-driven messaging tailored to customer needs and industries
  • Provide market insights and campaign performance data to influence product positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness, including conversion rates, ROI, and funnel performance; continuously optimize based on data insights
  • Lead regional marketing operations, including budget ownership, cost control, and alignment with the global Marketing Activity Plan
  • Oversee execution of trade shows and events, ensuring strong ROI, lead capture, and post-event follow-up through CRM integration
