As a Marketing Manager, North America Professional Hygiene, you will play a critical role in driving growth, market share, and profitability across our Professional Hygiene business. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with knowledge of animal biosecurity preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies in a dynamic market environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions within a matrix organization while working independently when required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing, customer segmentation, and business development strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Partner closely with R&D and TS&D teams to develop differentiated product portfolios and compelling label claims aligned with customer needs.
  • Lead promotional campaigns and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and key industry stakeholders across North America.
  • Drive distribution strategy optimization, geographic expansion plans, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Lead innovation project definition and manage the innovation pipeline in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Monitor business performance, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of marketing and business development projects.
