We are hiring an Employer Activation Marketing Manager to drive growth through data-driven initiatives that generate directly attributable patient starts from employer partners. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of activation campaigns, optimizing touchpoints for conversion through rigorous A/B testing. By automating workflows with AI and MarTech tools and developing scalable playbooks, you will serve as a force multiplier for our team’s capacity. You will maintain high standards for data attribution, partnering with Analytics to report on conversion rates and incrementality. Acting as a cross-functional bridge for the Commercial and Sales teams, you will align marketing efforts with partner requirements and use performance data to continuously optimize the activation roadmap and close funnel gaps.
