About The Position

Leads the operational management and execution of branch merchandising programs, including digital playlist management, merchandising guide governance, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent and effective customer experiences across the U.S. retail branch network. Defines and develops marketing campaign strategies that strengthen the BMO brand, maximize revenue and optimize the customer experience. Works collaboratively with business/groups on the strategic development, execution and measurement of traditional and non-traditional customer-focused advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns. Provides information and direction for media and creative development, and ensures brand and governance standards are maintained met in all solutions. Oversees the development of advertising, promotional and communications material. Collaborates with external agency partners to deliver business objectives. Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs. Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions. Coordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones. Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards. Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities. Makes recommendations to improve BMO processes and systems. Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service. Ensures consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media and platforms. Works with business/group in the development and management of campaign budgets. Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to develop monitoring and tracking plans for external advertising initiatives. Ensures compliance with internal frameworks, standards, guidelines and governance. Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus. Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Requirements

  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
