We are looking for a highly capable Marketing Manager to support and execute our B2B marketing strategy in close partnership with the Director, Marketing. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of integrated demand generation programs, with a strong emphasis on B2B events, digital media, campaigns, awards, and partnerships. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in B2B or agency marketing and is comfortable translating high-level strategy into well-orchestrated, high-performing programs. This role manages two direct reports and plays a key role in ensuring campaigns are executed on time, on brand, and with measurable impact on lead generation and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of marketing experience in B2B, agency, or marketing services environments
  • Hands-on experience executing demand generation and lead-focused B2B campaigns
  • Strong background in B2B events marketing, ideally within the U.S. market
  • Solid understanding of creator marketing and social media marketing from an agency perspective
  • Experience managing junior team members or specialists
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute complex programs across multiple channels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience supporting lead and pipeline reporting

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated B2B marketing strategies designed to drive demand generation, qualified leads, and pipeline growth.
  • Operationalize business and sales objectives into clear campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables across events, digital media, partnerships, and awards.
  • Manage the execution of multi-channel B2B campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and audience targeting.
  • Execute B2B event programs including conferences, trade shows, hosted events, and industry activations.
  • Oversee event logistics, budgets, vendors, and on-site execution, ensuring events support broader demand generation goals.
  • Execute digital media components of campaigns (e.g., paid social, paid search, retargeting) in partnership with internal teams and vendors.
  • Oversee execution of industry awards submissions and partnership marketing initiatives that support brand credibility.
  • Monitor campaign and event performance, supporting reporting on lead volume, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
  • Manage and mentor two direct reports, providing clear direction, prioritization, and hands-on guidance to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Continuously refine executional processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and marketing impact.
