About The Position

Marketing Manager (Account Based Marketing) PLEASE NOTE: This position is not eligible for current or future visa sponsorship Location : This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing custom marketing strategies for our National Account and Group Retiree Services (GRS) client partners within our Account Based Marketing (ABM) team. How you will make an impact: Builds custom campaign / marketing plans. Serves as a single point of contact for client marketing needs. Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources. Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans. Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Marketing strategy and client support experience preferred.
  • Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
