Your mission We're seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives targeting high-value enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create personalized, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue in key accounts.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on Account Based Marketing
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through ABM programs in enterprise software or technology companies
  • Deep understanding of ABM methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies for tiered strategic accounts
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and build account plans for strategic accounts
  • Create personalized marketing campaigns that align with account-specific business objectives and buying journeys
  • Design and implement multi-channel engagement strategies including digital, events, direct mail, and executive engagement working with various stakeholders and departments
  • Campaign Management Orchestrate integrated campaigns across email, social media, content, events, and advertising
  • Develop account-specific content and messaging that resonates with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize investments across channels for maximum ROI
  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with BDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success, Account Executives to align on account strategies
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to develop compelling account-specific assets
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Analytics & Optimization Establish KPIs and success metrics for ABM programs
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Leverage intent data, engagement metrics, and sales feedback to refine targeting and messaging
  • Report on pipeline generation, velocity, and revenue attribution
