About The Position

Account-Based Marketing Manager Kastle is building a modern, revenue-driven marketing organization focused on winning high-value, complex deals. We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Manager to design and execute highly targeted programs for priority accounts, trophy buildings, and strategic portfolios. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, content, lifecycle marketing, and demand generation. Success is measured by account engagement, deal acceleration, and pipeline influence — not activity volume.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of B2B marketing experience with ABM ownership
  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams
  • Strong understanding of long sales cycles and buying committees
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (ABM features a plus)
  • Highly collaborative and sales-aligned mindset

Responsibilities

  • Build and own Kastle’s ABM strategy for top-tier accounts and portfolios
  • Partner with Sales to define target account lists, ICP tiers, and buying committees
  • Design 1:few and 1:many ABM programs aligned to active deals and regions
  • Orchestrate multi-channel account journeys (email, content, search, web personalization)
  • Work with Content to create account-specific messaging and assets
  • Partner with Revenue Systems to track engagement, attribution, and influence
  • Measure success based on account engagement, pipeline creation, and deal progression
