The Marketing Lead is a hands-on role responsible for driving k-ID’s marketing execution and revenue impact during its next phase of growth. This role is responsible for executing across the marketing funnel, with a bias toward early-stage demand, conversion, and revenue impact. For the next 12 months, success in this role is defined by personal execution. You will run campaigns end to end, create content directly, test channels aggressively, and iterate weekly based on results. Strategy and operating structure will be developed alongside execution. This role is well suited for someone early enough in their career to be hungry, fast, and eager to grow into a larger scope over time. Leadership responsibility and team scope are expected to expand as results compound. You will work closely with the CEO, founders, Sales, and Product to position k-ID as the default infrastructure layer for age-aware digital experiences.
