About The Position
AccuWeather is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Intern to join our team with a focus on supporting the ad sales side of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in media marketing who is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, creative development, and go-to-market planning.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field (juniors, seniors, and recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Available to work hybrid on-site in New York City and start as soon as possible (potential for remote).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, or media through coursework, extracurriculars, or previous internships.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain our existing library of category pitch decks, including refreshing imagery, research statistics, and creative advertising examples.
- Manage incoming creative mock requests through our team’s internal portal, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate mock-ups.
- Assist in the creation and revision of go-to-market one-sheets and other sales enablement materials.
- Support broader integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, and experiential channels as needed.
- Conduct research to uncover category trends, competitive insights, and industry developments relevant to advertising partners.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic, creative thinking to campaign development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with communications, creative, and digital teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all materials.
