Requirements

• Current enrollment as a Junior/Senior in a college program for marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication with outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
• Meticulous attention to detail – you catch the little things
• Organized and self-motivated team player able to keep up and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and a growth mindset – you ask questions, take the initiative, love learning new things, and bring ideas
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while also being comfortable working independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), and/or Video Editing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sharepoint 365 and/or WordPress (content management systems)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• A creative eye for design, brand management, and storytelling

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and editing engaging content, including articles/blogs, eBooks, social media, invitations, and newsletters.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns by contributing to concept creation, content writing, and imagery to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Support graphics for digital and print materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support video production and editing, bringing ideas and creativity to projects.
• Assist with various administrative duties such as maintaining reports, event support, restocking marketing supplies, and local errands.
