About The Position

As a Marketing Intern at OnePay, you’ll work alongside the Marketing team and cross-functional partners to support campaigns, content, and go-to-market initiatives. You’ll contribute to active projects by researching audiences and trends, developing campaign materials, coordinating deliverables, and helping measure results.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree: You’re a current student expected to graduate in the Fall 2027/Spring of 2028 majoring in Marketing or a related field.
Prior Experience: You've completed at least one previous internship, or have built substantial personal or academic projects you're excited to talk through.
Availability: This is a full-time, 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027. You are available to work in our New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the entire program.
Proactive & Collaborative Attitude: You have an act-like-an-owner mentality, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy working with others to achieve collective goals.
Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions. Clear communication of ideas is one of your strengths.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re a keen listener with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Excited to Learn & Grow: You are passionate about being part of a rapidly growing organization and look forward to expanding your skills in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional partners to support content production and social listening, campaign work, and go-to-market initiatives.
Contribute to active marketing projects by researching audiences and trends, developing campaign materials, coordinating deliverables, and helping measure results.
Attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development.
Engage with company leadership during networking events.
Receive guidance and feedback from your manager, as well as a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship experience, ensuring continuous learning and growth.
